Gentlemen Jockeys		Breaking-In

A number of lines were organized under the guidance of the experienced and professional agents to save the Allied servicemen defeated by the Nazi aggressions in the north-west Europe. But, Comet Line was an exception. No detective or trained brain was directing its activities. It was initiated by an ardent young Belgian girl, Andree de Jongh. Her father, Frederic de Jongh, was a school teacher. In fact, it was he who inspired Andree to pursue this course of life and death. He revered the memory of Edith Cavell’ the heroic English nurse, who was executed by the Germans during World War I for helping the Allied soldiers to escape.
