Annunciation. The Wedding of the Virgin.

The wedding is being solemnized with a few people around. Fra Angelico has utilized his linear perspective technique here to convey space ay the rear where trumpet blowers are in action. He has brought out the Roman architecture here replete with the terracotta vases in the background. This Tempera on panel done by Angelico in 1434 is 175x180 cm and is displayed at Meseo Diocesano, Cortona in Italy.
