Dejectedly, Manose returned to Dopal, but succeeded in locating Adolf’s beloved. His beloved had, by then, become Mrs Mistelbach. He pretended that he was a friend of Adolf and wanted to deliver some goods to him. Mistelbach did not tell him anything about Adolf, but gave him the address of Adolf’s father.

Adolf’s father was living in Austria. So, obviously Manose proceeded to Austria. But, Adolf’s father threw Monose out of the house when he enquired about Adolf. Thus, once again Manose returned to Dopal.
