If there was any fortune-teller that could be compared with Nostradamus, the renowned French forecaster, it was Mother Shipton alias Ursula Sontheil of England. This deformed woman who has correctly predicted many earth-shaking events is considered by some as ahead of the great Nostradamus himself. Unlike Nostradamus, her predictions were precise and unambiguous. She came on the scene earlier than Nostradamus and some people believe that Nostradamus has repeated, after a lapse of fifty years, what she had already predicted in the first half of the sixteenth century.
