Nostradamus wrote his book ‘Centuries’ to predict about the coming events. It took him four years to write this book. It was published on May 4, 1555. People stood in a queue before Mace Bonhomme Press to buy a copy. There was a tremendous demand for the book. The first edition was sold on the day the book came out of the Press. This book contains predictions from the time of Nostradamus to the time when the entire world will be annihilated. The people were greatly disappointed when they failed to comprehend its language. Many versions of ‘Centuries’ were brought out by 1558. Many learned authors brought out this book in a simplified version and language.
