Joanna had instructed her friend, the famous physician, Dr. Richard Reece, to conduct postmortem on her body, four days after her death. When her body was opened up as per her desire, the famous doctor was surprised to find that there was no baby inside her womb, though she had all the symptoms of a four-month pregnancy. May be, her intense desire to be the mother of a prophet had produced all these symptoms of pregnancy. She might have created these symptoms by auto-suggestion as some people cure themselves by this method. It could also be taken as an example of her supernatural will power.
