Nathan has brought out his own portrait in this art work he has
executed in pencil on paper, in 1926. The mood of the subject as
reflected on the picture is pensive and the hairlines are shown
distinctly as also the cheeks and lips. The picture which is displayed
at The Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow measures 44.6x35.9 cm.
