Girl in a Chemise.

There are innumerable stories regarding Cheiro’s genius in foretelling the future. Once, he was traveling in a train. He started reading the palms of his fellow passengers to pass time. His eyes widened as he saw hands of his fellow passengers. Most of the passengers’ life line ended abruptly. Cheiro did some thinking and got down from the train at the next station. The train met with an accident, resulting in many casualties. Hardly anyone doubted his prophesies. Mrs. Leiter, a billionaire of Chicago, went to Cheiro with the impression of a hand. She told him that it was the impression of her daughter’s hand and asked him to tell her future.
