Most of the people were bewildered when they got the invitation for this function. It was disclosed to the world at large when the chief of White House, Donald Reagan, contacted Nancy Reagan to fix up the President’s programmes. Nancy told him, “You can fix any date or time, but let us know two or three days in advance so that we can find out if the appointed date or hour is auspicious or not.”
