Sir Garfield Sobers holds a position of pre-eminence among all the cricket all-rounders. He has held supremacy in all the departments of cricket. In 1971, Sobers received the honour of leading the World-Eleven. Sobers became captain of the West Indies cricket team in 1963 and grew to become one of the most successful captains in the cricket history.
