Albert Cuyper.

He was also the first to make the animated cartoon film. In 1928, he produced a cartoon film ‘Steamboat Willie’ with ‘Mickey Mouse’ playing a leading role in it. The film was much appreciated by the people and Walt Disney himself gave his voice to Mickey Mouse in this film. Ever since, ‘Mickey’ and his girl companion ‘Minnie’ have become great favourites of children. The “Walt Disney World Centre” at Florida, which includes the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow (EPCOT)-a cross between a science museum and a theme park, opened in 1982 in his memory.
